Returns
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible.


Items purchased from Chantal Utrecht can in most cases be returned within 30 days of receipt. When you want to return a product, it must meet the conditions:

Conditions:

- The product must not have been used;
- The product must be returned in its original condition;
- The product must not be damaged, due to the customer's actions;
- Hygiene products and underwear are considered non-returnable.
- The package must be provided with a Track & Trace code;
- Return costs are always for the customer, regardless of location;
- We have the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- We must know about the return.

If you do not meet these conditions, we will not accept your return.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture immediately so that you have proof that the damage is not caused by you.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Easy returns in 3 steps:

Step 1: Contact us
If you wish to return your order you must send us an email at info@joshicho.com

2a: Indicate reason of request, then we will send you a return form.

We will contact you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us for it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the return form to the address provided. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As sender of the package, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise. Please note that you must return products within 14 days after informing us.

Step 3: Processing your return
After we receive your return shipment, we get to work evaluating the returned items and processing your refund. Money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is due to the pursuit of the most sustainable shipping process possible. In addition, the customer has benefited from free shipping with their order.

Since our warehouse is located in The Netherlands, return costs can be high. Please feel free to contact our customer service team to work out a suitable solution together. We will be happy to help you!

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you other than the carrier received or accepted the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us info@joshicho.com by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Registration for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Europe, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notice of your revocation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

** ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN EUROPE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.**



Please note that before returning an item, you must first submit a return request via email to verify your eligibility for a return.

Damages and Problems
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you inspect it thoroughly. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. That way we can assess the problem and provide you with a suitable solution quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure or have questions about return options for a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy applies to cancellations within 12 hours, this is due to package processing time.

Please contact us immediately at info@joshicho.com If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the package upon receipt for a full refund. Please always let us know your #ordernumber.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
After we receive and verify your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

Klarna refunds
Refunds via Klarna are processed directly by us, but it may take a few business days for Klarna to process the refund and update your invoice. You don't have to do anything for this yourself.

Unclaimed parcels
For packages that have been prepared at a pickup point but are not picked up, you will be charged a fee that will be deducted from the purchase amount. This is because the items in these packages are no longer reusable. In addition, return shipping costs are recovered from the sender. If you decide not to pick up a package waiting at a pickup point, keep in mind that you will not receive a full refund for your order as this is your responsibility.
